Apostolic Congress Bishop Doyé Agama said: "Commemorating an Act of Parliament on this poignant anniversary is a good time to re-brand and revitalize community engagement. This event aims to widen participation in the political process, as a factor in tackling the issues of today."

OBV Director Simon Woolley stated: "We are happy to be supporting this event and are honored that Kwame has taken time out to show solidarity. It shows that far from being disinterested about politics and their community, young people want to be involved and want to make a difference. Many of those that attend today will be tomorrow's activists and future politicians."
