Reena Ranger wants to change the world

Following in her father’s footsteps Rami Ranger, Reena Ranger wants to change our world.

Rami Ranger’s Modus Operandi is to use his man contacts, his business acumen and wealth to demand greater justice, and above all open up opportunities – through his college - so that others can fulfill their great potential.

Reena herself is active in local and national politics, and wants to achieve her goals through empowering other women. Getting them to come together, talk, support each other and nurture a dynamic network of women ready to lead.

Reena informs me that men are invited too, but I suspect with the implicit understanding that they take a back seat.

The aims of the project are to :

• ENGAGE more women (and men) in discussion; ENCOURAGE fresh and varied thinking and perspective; EMPOWER women (and men) to find the inner confidence to take the next step; ENABLE and support them through the journey by putting them in touch with organisations that can nurture their ideas and mentors who can assist in achieving those goals.
   
• Provide a platform to enable women (and men) to articulate their issues and concerns; with a chance to meet decision makers and get their views and opinions heard.

I have no doubt that Reena will do all of the above and more.
