OBV voter registration film/poster campaign: A thank you.
When good people come together great things happen.
That’s precisely what has occurred when our friends at Saatchi & Saatchi agreed once again to be our media campaign partners for our voter registration and voter turnout campaign. We launched the campaign last night and already more than a million people have seen it or heard of it on TV, Radio, print press and social media. And we’re not done yet!
So, we’d just like to say the biggest thank you to Saatchi and Saatchi, in particular CEO Magnus Djaba, Larissa Vance, senior creative Guillemo Vaga, Richard Huntington, and the unflappable Adrian Ash and Erris de Stacpoole.
The Hungry man production team who made the film, and its super Black Director David Allain.
The wonderful gracious and generous celebrities: Nathalie Emmanuel, Will Poulter, Jermaine Jackman, Nadia Rose, Ash Sarkar, and Gok Wan.
Our funders National Educational Union - Karen Chouhan, Chris Brown, Ross McNeil, Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust and Esmee Fairbain.
When we began this journey about three weeks ago when the election was called we had nothing, nada, zilch. Three weeks later we have a campaign that is hopefully inspiring a million people to register to vote. Let's all keep pushing the voter registration message for the next five days up to the deadline!
