Sad news - passing of Yvonne Witter our interim chief executive
Operation Black Vote is sad to announce the untimely passing of Yvonne Witter, our interim Chief Executive.
In the 9 months that Yvonne has worked with us, she has made an important contribution to our work and the wider anti-racist cause in this country.
Please join us in extending our prayers and deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. She will be missed by so many, especially those of us who are committed to freedom, justice and equality for all.
We will continue to honour her contribution.
Rest in peace Yvonne.
