OBV and the University of Westminster present: An Evening with Gary Younge

in

'The Story Behind Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream' by Gary Younge .

One of Britain's finest columnists and writers, Gary Younge unlocks the story behind arguably the greatest speech ever written: Dr Martin Luther King's ‘I have a dream’ in his new book; The Story Behind Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream.
Younge spent months investigating the key players and politics behind the scenes: The build up, the occasion, the speech itself and how it changed the world.

As part of Black History Month, we have limited spaces to what will undoubtedly be an evening to remember. To book your seat – two tickets per person - email info@obv.org.uk. We will email on return with confirmation.

The evening will see Gary Younge, who will give a short reading from his book. He will also discuss the speech and its implications in the UK today with panelists including Diane Abbott MP and the BBC Correspondent Professor Kurt Barling

Gary Younge will be available to sign copies of the book on the evening.
