Missing teenager found

Teenager Serena Breakhurst has been found and is well after a three week disappearance police reported today.

Last week well known public figures such as Stephen Fry, Rio Ferdinand and Sarah Brown joined a social media campaign to help find a missing teenager last week.

Serena Beakhurst, (14) from Tulse Hill, south London disappeared after attending a college course in south London on December 15.

X factor style voting introduced for Parliament

The government is to introduce legislative reforms that would allow the public to decide on bills before Parliament.

The move, likened to the television show X Factor, would bring to fruition a Conservative promise to give the public greater influence on parliamentary business.
