Claudia Webbe MP (Labour)

Claudia Webbe is the Labour MP for Leicester East, she was elected in the December 2019 General Election receiving 25,090 votes, equaling a majority of 50.8%, gaining her seat. 

Born in Leicester, Claudia studied social science at DeMonfort University, Leciester and attained a Master of Science degree in Race and Ethnic Relations at Birkbeck, Univeristy of London. Claudia served as a policy director and advisor to the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone and was elected to Islington London Borough Council in 2010 representing Bunhill ward, being re-elected in 2014 and 2018. 

Claudia is a former chair of the London Metropolitan Police Service unit Operation Trident, heading the unit's Independent Advisory Group.
